My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone impacted by these unprecedented times as we manage with the impact of COVID-19. We will get through this together, and hopefully, we will come out on the other side stronger, wiser, and more aware of and aligned with our individual purposes.
While we are isolating and being self-responsible in our communities and work to help stop the spread of the virus, we may feel stagnant. Several of my clients and friends are using it to focus on personal and professional growth. Some of my clients and colleagues are focused on managing at the moment what is on their plate. Several people are not focused on goals or accomplishments and are aligned with just being.
All of the responses are valid. The desire to grow in some areas is most effective when it is an internal process.
Now can be a great time to explore what growth needs to happen to benefit you and others.
Is there something you have been wanting to improve on?
Is there something you have been thinking of creating?
Are there goals you have wanted to achieve?
What growth can we create during this time?
We have the opportunity to continue to grow in mind, body and consciousness.
One of my past blogs titled, Growth – A Key Element to Success, talks about the differences between a fixed or a growth mindset. Even when we believe we have a growth mindset, there may be areas or situations where we are fixed.
Now is a great time to identify where there is room for growth, and how to move forward.
The reality is: Growth is limitless, and we can choose to improve, enhance, accomplish new things. We can choose to be present and still. Your level of awareness of what you need to do to manage, to thrive in changing circumstances is your Consciousness Factor.
Be Well. Thrive.
